Does anybody have the scoop on ticket info (i.e. what section)? Got the request form, but don't want to opt-in without knowing where they're gonna be at Barclay's.

I emailed the Ticket office, so will see in the AM. But since it's the early game Friday and I'll literally be in for the game and out as soon as it's over, I just snagged mine already – just to be in the building. I can't imagine the early game will be packed or NWestern having that huge of a presence. I would imagine the place having a lot of Yucon fans trickling in.

Assuming we move on to Sunday I'll make sure to get the right section, because that will be a different story altogether.

Update: They don't have the sections yet but have to be on the list if you want to purchase through them by 12:00 PM today.

Our allotment is only about 200 tickets (most going to friends/family of the program), so if you're not a big $$$ donor, I would start looking at resale tix unfortunately.

Don't make things up, this is absolutely incorrect.

I am not. This was told to me over the phone by a ticket representative this morning. They will be $120/ticket, section TBD.

Maybe, MAYBE, there will be 200 tickets left over after tickets are allocated to staff, family, and Paradise Club members.  But do you really think our allotment of tickets is 200 in an arena that seats 17.5k people for a basketball game?

Either way, if you are not in that top tier of donors, it would be in your interest to look at resale.
I was just as surprised. I asked if the allotment were 500-1000 and they responded 200.

How we still got in ( as an 8 seed!) yet USF did not is just wrong. THEY at least on the regular season AAC crown, we did nothing.

Have to thank UAB because if Temple won, there was a good chance we would be 4th best in AAC, maybe…..

WE are alive still due to last years run only. And as punishment. placed in a real tough bracket.

Step it up a ton guys or be embarrassed!

There is my tough love message, now, GO OWLS!!!!!

I think the AAC was stronger than the national perception but the fact of the matter is only FAU and Memphis did anything from a non conference perspective. A few good non conferences wins can prop up the whole conference if you look at how well the MW was perceived. I hope UAB and FAU have good showings in the first round. Maybe UAB can avenge us lol.

After seeing the AAC championship games I think the league is losing it.  No fans and no excitement tbh we did have a lot of fans there but tit was pitiful.  I think our mission is to leave and get to a better place and thats the goal.  I think our brand is good and nationally is getting there but playing programs like North Texas or UTSA is killing our brand because to the regular fan those schools are nobody's.   The AAC has been the best G5 conference but tbh UCF and CINCY anchored football and Houston anchored basketball along with Uconn years before.

It is a huge step up from teh CUSA whcih was pitiful at everything but I feel the American may lose a lot of leverage come the next tv deal.  I also think USF, Memphis and Temple  may try to fight their way out if any other Power 5 conferences want to beef up and add them as a number. White's goal should be to get us to the next threshold a watered down ACC is better than this or lower.  USF fans are delusional, they weren't ranked as long as we were last year in a worse conference and did not win their conference championship.  Overall they are on the come up and seeking to move up, and can move the needle faster than us even though we have the upper hand in basketball now.

We need to build facilities, find someway to keep dusty and Herman will flourish soon and we can have an argument for a move up also.  Yes, I feel the committee is laughing at FAU or SDSU playing Uconn and getting murdered.  An interesting stat I saw was that FAU has not lost bac to back games in 2 years and one thing I can tell you is Uconn is beatable.  Seton Hall beat them, and I think we are better than Seton Hall.  We need a drive and a will to go further.  The first few minutes of the Uconn game will dictate this.

FAU needs to triple is athletics budget to even sniff moving up. SMU raised nearly 100 million in a week to go to the ACC.

This before a dime is donated to compete in the NIL space.

Vandy is selling its head coaching job saying the new coach will have 7 million a year to spend on players.

This was a really bad season for the AAC. A ton of excellent teams but poor performance in the non-conference tanked many of the rankings. We probably could have a really strong basketball conference on the likes of the Mountain West if USF, UAB, UNT, Memphis, FAU and Wichita State all came into the conference games ranked or almost ranked. It could happen since there's so much talent in the league…But the kinda average play across the board muted the attendance in the AAC tournament

From what I understand, each school at each venue are allocated 500 - 700 tickets for students, family and donors.
Those tickets can be purchased for the entire day or for 2 afternoon games or 2 evening games.
The NCAA Basketball Tournament is one of the largest revenue generating events of the NCAA budget, ticket sales to the general public are sold well in advance to Tournament attendees.
Tickets are still available on NCAA March Madness TicketMaster site for all sessions in Brooklyn.
