C-USA Football: Games for Week of September 3, 2022


Week one will see all league teams in action on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and even Sunday for those in the eastern, central, and mountain time zones.

Below is the full slate for the week:

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 2
William & Mary at Charlotte (ESPN3) 7 pm

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 3
Houston at UTSA (CBSSN) 3:30 pm
UTEP at Oklahoma (FOX) 3:30 pm
Florida Atlantic at Ohio (ESPN+) 6 pm
Middle Tennessee at James Madison (ESPN+) 6 pm
Rice at USC (Pac-12 Network) 6 pm
SMU at North Texas (CBSSN) 7:30 pm
WKU at Hawaii 12 am

Some interesting lines for this week:

MTSU is an underdog at James Madison by as much as 7 points.

• Not sure where this came from but no way. Stock will formulate a plan.

UTEP sees a 31.5 point disparity at Oklahoma.

• The Owls got a beat down in 2018 in Norman by 49 points in the end.

WKU is a 12 point favorite at Hawaii.

• The Rainbows might has struggled against Vanderbilt, but based on what I saw defensively from the Hilltoppers probably not happening.

Halftime in "The Cage" and the only thing captive is the Panther offense, as they find themselves down 16-6  to BRYANT.

FIU does NOT look good.

UAB offense is rolling, they are up 38-0 over Alabama A&M at the break.

Talk about a statement "coming out".
