Ethan Proffitt declared his pledge to Florida Atlantic on Sunday evening, giving the Owls another boost to the offensive line in the Class of 2024.

Having made an official visit to FAU this weekend on June 17, Proffitt is rated as a three-star recruit on 247Sports. His 84 rating is the highest among the group.

Cunningham becomes the seventh member of FAU's growing 2024 class. He chose the Owls over UCF, Georgia Southern, Iowa State, and Maryland among others.

He is the second offensive lineman to pledge to the Owls in the last week, joining Braden Cunningham of Orange Park's Fleming High.
