No, i was telling you that we had a commitment about to announce.

 

I'm desperately trying to get excited about recruiting. But I feel the portal and NIL has  dampened  my attitude. And I don't think I'm alone.

I understand your dampened attitude towards recruiting, but only the “Blue Blood” schools with lots of NIL money will be able to attract portal players who can actually have a significant impact on a program.

Recruiting will still be the number one priority of all schools with the use of NIL incentives since there is no guarantee that any player will stay forever.

It appears that teams who win the football National Championship are doing it with players they have recruited, and a mix of transfer portal additions.

Just my take on it.

My point is, we bring in an 18 year old kid. Spend two years developing him. Then he leaves to fill a void with a larger program. This will be the downfall of mid size and smaller schools. But I will always buy my season tickets

Schools need BIG ACTIVE Corporate support like Memphis has from FedEx! They should dominate AAC while here!
