Sorry for getting this up late! Not really sure, but I have a pretty bad feeling about this game tomorrow. Everything points to a comfortable win against FIU, but with how inconsistent our offense has been this year it gives me a lot of concerns. If JJ Holliman is healthy I’m nervous he could beat the defense with a couple of big plays too. The homer in me says FAU wins 24-10. But my official prediction says:

FIU wins 20-10.

FIU hasn't played a down in weeks. They also have two key guys out for the game that will be of help for the Owls.

FAU should see significant gains on the ground with three backs in action, and not sure the Panthers will be effective at moving the ball with cause.

Flip it, and we're good.

I have an uneasy feeling as well.

I love the idea of playing the young QB for the upside potential, but turnovers are the ultimate talent equalizer.

I will also never doubt a team with Florida Athletes.

Tonight will come down to which RS FR QB makes the least mistakes.

I will take Leavitt and the Owls D though in being able to cause more havoc.

Posey also appears to have a mostly full FAU backfield tonight.

The defense will either score or set up the Owls offense with less than 20 yards tonight.

FIU scores the lone passing TD of the game, but still loses the game by 6 or more points.

I said earlier this week….24-0.  And Lasater  is my new favorite player. Last year it was Leroy. They play at the same intensity level.
