I’d take Charlie over what we’ve got going on now. Too much talent and too much money for this kind of program.

Whatever momentum we had after the Kiffin era was stalled by Taggart and now completely zapped by Herman. We have hit bottom and it’s about as bad as Howard’s last year/ Pelini’s fist year. Just absolutely terrible. The expectation under Kiffin and Taggart was competing for conference titles. Now, who knows. This should be completely unacceptable and if Herman is back again next year I’m not renewing my season tickets.

This game is looking like the 2016 beat down by Middle Tennessee that cost Charlie Partridge his job.

Stop talking trash about Charlie. Charlie recruited 1000x better than Herman or Taggart , even kiffin gave him credit. Even in 2016 Charlie never gave up. We went 3-9 that  season but we lost 6 of those games by a touchdown or less.

In that "beatdown" FAU scored 56 points including 35 points in the 2nd half.


Show me anywhere this years team put up that kind of offensive production.

I am definitely not talking trash about Charlie Partridge.
Huge fan of him and his recruiting, and he was one year shy of success.
Just stating what we saw after a “beat down” game could happen again.
Owl fan forever!

Back next year? Did we actually let him on the plane back to Boca?

The worst is ECU DOES have a decent O but not THAT good!  

Nope the WORST is they DO NOT have a good D! TEMPLE scored 34 on em their last game. The game before that Army scored 45 on em. Before that CHALOTTE scored 55 on em!

We score only 14.

ECU was off last week and were VERY WELL PREPARED for our D.

onLY good thing I can say is we did not have a 2nd half collapse and did play em more evenly. But two (2) INTS from our back-up QBs killed that though. Fancher needs to sit the rest of the year and we go with the younger guys to prepare them for next year!

I am hoping our QB for next year is playing elsewhere now!
