This is a good thing. Now  a QB,  that wants playing time, can come in and win a spot with no favoritism from a past relationship. Will be an interesting few days . I suspect some interest from portal QB's that weren't interested before. Question, why on earth is he transfering and not simply entering the work force.

MJJ was a major bright spot from this year's offense in my eyes. If anything, he was throwing the ball during pregame warmups and they didn't look half bad. Really rooting for him to stand out from the rest during spring and fall camp next year (and I'd like to see the team experiment with playing him at running back considering his excellent mobility as a rusher if they decide to go another route).

Wow talk about just being completely devoid of production heading into next year. Herman’s best hope is probably P5 retreads or FCS ballers. Doesn’t seem like the old way of recruiting HS to develop your team over four years is ever coming back. Charlie did it and Lane capitalized. Hope Herman has a plan for this. I have not been impressed one bit with him early on.

My take on where NIL will end up is similar to that of baseball with NIL money feeding players up the Conferences.

MLB drafts players from AAA, AAA draws players from AA, AA draws players from A and A draws players from the FCS.

: AA = Group of 5 Conferences
: A = FCS

Who knows, maybe it has always been this way!
