None of the departures are surprises, or losses. I hate to be "that guy" but it's true. If you look at the grade outs it is obvious why they are entering the portal.

What happened to MJJr? Wasn't he a 4 star recruit from Penn State?
He seemed solid before his injuries.

Just putting the Taggart era/error behind us

Still thinking that these players are looking for playing time elsewhere since they knew it was not going to happen here.
Some may find that they are out of football and a scholarship down the road.

I was surprised by Latrell Jean entering the portal seemed to be a solid starter for us the last couple of seasons 

Justin Mckithen also goes portaling. Was a veteran on the team since 2020.

Im sure a lot of programs are going to run into donor fatigue really shortly - and burn out in a season or two. If we keep expanding our donor base - we'll catch up / keep up with the AAC peers
