I thought offering $$ to transfer WAS still "illegal" per the NCAA. Not that that has EVER deterred UM!!!!

What are the chances FAU pulls a Nkosi and gets another transfer QB from Miami? They currently have a carousel going over there and I'm hearing 1 or 2 could transfer. Specifically if its two, TVD and Garcia, if they go with the third stringer who started last week and won against GT I believe.
