Notables
Marshall enters Saturday's contest following an impressive 10 point upset at FIU. The Herd saw five players hit double digits in the win.
It is shocking to see a Dan D'Antoni team with poor perimeter shooting. The three-point ball has been a staple of the Herd during D'Antoni's six years in Huntington. But as the old saying goes, you live by the three, you die by the three. MU comes to Boca under .500 thanks to their 334th ranked three-point shooting.
The Thundering Herd are led by the back court duo of Taevion Kinsey (16 PPG) and Jarrod West (14 PPG). The FAU defense will have to keep a close eye on Kinsey, who has eight +18 point performances on the season.
Marshall claimed the CIT Tournament Championship in 2018-2019

Everett Winchester suffered a knee injury before the team took their road trip to Charlotte and ODU. He is now expected to miss the remainder of the season. Therefore, expect a continued increased in minutes for Michael Forrest, who scored 12 points in 31 minutes last time out.
FAU has struggled with consistent production inside during their road trip, however Karlis Silins looked effective in the win over Marshall, scoring 10 points and 5 rebounds. The Owls will need a strong performance from their bigs if they hope to protect The Burrow on Saturday afternoon.
