Wow, what a win!  These guys are coming together at the right time.

We have a real shot at a four five game win streak going to La Tech.

It would be great to see a decent crowd Thursday night.

The line for ODU was -11. That is a good upset. Sorry Vegas.

Massey led all scorers with 18 points.

Delph leads Owls in rebounds on a short night with 6.

Rutherford with a game high 6 assists. While that FAU defensive pressure holds ODU's Caver to 1 assist and while forcing 2 turnovers.

Owls were dominated on the boards. once Delph and Pfister fouled out, I thought that ODU would dominate on the boards even more so. But, FAU made so many of their shots since then, that rebounds were no longer a factor.

In fact, FAU went on a 25-7 run once Delph fouled out at the 6:29 mark.

Owls shot 48.1% FG in the second half, compared to 32% FG in the first. We also shot 10-23 from the three-point arch, equating to 43%.



Like I said, if we were to find one ODU weakness defensively, it would be from the arch.

North Texas (0-10 in conference play) comes to the Burrow next week, followed by a Rice team (5-5 CUSA) that we should not take lightly. But having these games at home, THERE SHOULD BE NO EXCUSES!

I don't want to count the chickens before they hatch, but imagine being on a 5 game win streak going into Ruston.

FAU is now on it's first 3 game win streak since Dec. 2014 & first in-conference 3 game win streak since Jan. 2012.
