Memphis and Virginia Tech used to be in the same conference decades ago… The Metro.

Many, many contested games between the Hokies and the Tigers.

VA Tech was one of the votes which kept the conference from adding football.

Then years later when Tiger football took off under Justin Fuente, they hired him away from us to replace Frank Beamer.


So beat them unmercifully!!!

1-16 after that make.

One of the most enjoyable halves of basketball I can remember.

We're really BALLING OUT on ESPN. Not ESPN2, the OG ESPN CHANNEL!

Trey Carrol is GOOD.

That, and we have our straight up BENCH in.

Looking like the Bryant game was a gift and we were definitely looking forward.  

Announcers just said FAU is going to the bench, but those guys could be starters.

Great problem to have.

I'd love to double them up, But a 35-40 pt win will be OK. ;)
