Thanks. It was a much needed win. Heck, with the way our season fell apart, EVERY game is a have-to-win.
I wish we were both still ranked fighting for the conference championship, but I guess that'll be next year.
I have a feeling we're not going to like the rematch in a couple of weeks. Until then, let's both keep winning.

I am definitely NOT looking forward to that. I mean, it should be another great game, but at this point we need wins and I don't think BR is the place to grab one.Rick said
Enjoy it while you can, because we get you again in very short orderPosted On: Feb 25th 2024, 5:59 PM #421744
I think we take care of business at ECU and vs UAB, but the finale heading into tourney week… I'm not so sure.
But, we lace 'em up and play. We'll see you then.

IMHO, people are not reflecting on our true road game record / performance and until it improves the expectations are inflated.
Today was just another example of our inability to perform therein.
We needed OT to beat both UTSA and WSU and clipped Tulane by a point.
The rest (5) are L's aside from a 13 point win at Rice.
This said, we are 28-1 the last two years at Baldwin Arena with that lone loss coming to Bryant of all teams this season.
Not being cocky, and not looking forward at all, but that says a lot.
You guys will need a major shooting effort to pull it off IMHO because the team that took the floor for FAU today will not resemble what takes the floor March 9th.

Is this the same guy that said our team was "trash" and then disappeared for weeks while his team was coming unravelled? We will be firing on all cylinders by the next re-match…
We need to get back to FAU Basketball. We played a great first half and then Penny made some great coaching adjustments. If we can finish the AAC in the top 4, we will get the double bye and I still believe we can win the AAC Championship. Let's get back to the basics and play like we played SMU and everything will fall into place. Right now USF looks like the favorite, but as we know we play lights out on Neutral courts. LETS GO OWLS!!!!
