They still have eligibility left and aren't seniors…

If we make it and advance in the tourney, Davis needs to show up. We won this game in spite of him. His future wallet is being affected by his poor play over the past couple weeks. I wish he had a bit of Matins attitude.

I mean get that. But I know some guys who might be moving on will walk on senior day with eligibility left.

Well, it's senior day…not "leaving the team day".

No doubt we need to win the next two games, and then I feel confident that FAU will dominate the conference tournament. I'm basing this on our strength playing at neutral sites. FAU seems to get fired up and confident in their play on neutral sites and tournaments. If we pull it off we will move up significantly in our dropping seed. Right now they have us (before Tulane win) at a 9 seed. I've seen us projected as a 10 seed and an 8 seed also before Tulane game. Hopefully we will pull some more votes and get closer to the top 25. Fingers crossed.

Martin is playing amazing. I think the double/triple teams on Davis are definitely affecting his play and confidence. I'm not worried about Davis, he will bounce back next game. Also, Davis is gaining many assists, but not as many points as usual.

I've said this before, but it is time to ramp up and get ready to win the AAC Championship.

As far as USF, there is no doubt they are an amazing group of guys that can do some serious damage in March. Congrats to them for winning the AAC Regular Season Championship today. Their coach is super smart and I love how he handles himself with the media. However, this Conference Championship is for us to grab, if we can play like we played in early season tourney's. We've got this OWLS!!!

My two cents. GO OWLS!!!!!!!!

I watched USF today…they were on the road and there was zero phase. If we face them again, I'm not 100% that we win.

Team is very similar to us last season - experiencing the unexpected, and cashing in on it. Clicking on all cylinders, and not the type of team you even want to play right now.

The hope should be they have an off day against someone else and leave, or that they have their off day against us.

Because if they don't, it's going to be a tough game to pull out IMHO.

I agree 100% Rick. USF is on a major roll. I have a feeling it's coming down to us and USF being the last two standing.

They are scary, but our strength is tourney play. And without that wild crowd at USF, we could have a better chance of beating them in their own house. That place was rocking and the announcers couldn't even hear themselves. Now I know what opposing teams deal with playing in our house.

We have been playing together almost 2 years now and the experience and the fact that no team has the confidence we have playing in front of huge crowds. So, I'm hoping our strentgh in Tourney play shines through and we pull off the  AAC Championship and then we all know what we can do in March and April.

Let's not forget about that Arizona win in Vegas. Arizona is now being picked as a 1 seed.

Let's do this OWLS!!!

The announcers on the telecast mentioned this also.  I believe Martin is our most dominant player when running on all cylinders.  Think a mini version of Vinca Carter, he has explosiveness, can shoot the 3 and is athletic.  He has been up and down all year but lately has been turning it up.

Davis is our most skilled player, hes more finesse and thats fine because he has seen the most upside from last year.
I agree with this,  hes been playing off or just kinda lazy.  Scouts can read through that and it can hurt your draft stock.  All in all we will need both plyaers to be at peak from to go on a run.  I feel our roster has a few flaws and Dusty needs to figure out how we can sustain and take over games especially against better competition.
